I've known Matt for about a year or so. We met through the Chamber. Although we had our challenges with my closing, Matt and his team were awesome to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make sure that things went smooth. Some last minute issues came up and I had to do a remote closing, but Matt made sure that my keys were waiting on me at my house when I got back. I highly recommend Wheatley Realty Group if you are looking to buy or sale a home!

Matt sponsored a two-day open house which attracted a lot of people. I went to the beach instead. At 6:00 p.m. Matt called me while I was still at Cocoa Beach. He had 4 contracts in hand. We picked the best, signed the contract several days later and closed a couple of weeks later. Why deal with the rest when Matt's the best! THANK YOU MATT!

Matthew was very informative through the whole process. Comparing realtors and what to start sales price, he was dead on. He was able to get offers well above what other realtors were wanting to start the price. I was able to get top dollar and sell over one weekend. Thank you very much Matthew!

Matt’s very dialed in to the market and offered some excellent advise on improvements that would enhance the sales price. He also had the contacts needed to perform those enhancements/repairs .
