Matthew Tully is an exceptional realtor. I listed my home for sale by owner and was contacted by over 100 realtors. Matt was just different than all of the other 99, he spoke to me like a friend and I felt an instant trust and gave him my listing. Under the worst of circumstances during the height of covid 19, he kept my family protected and still managed to sell my home for top dollar.
