I looked at a LOT of houses before making my decision. Matthew always knew of properties going on the market before any of my apps or notifications. He worked to get inspections etc scheduled for me as I was frequently out of town. I could not have gone through this process without all the help he gave me before and even after purchase. I totally recommend Matthew for the buying process, as he made it MUCH less stressful. He was always there when I had questions or needed more information.

My husband and I have worked with several realtors over the last few years trying to find the right home. None of them matched Matthew in persistence and follow through. It turned out that we weren't exactly sure what we wanted, and the parameters of our search kept changing. Matthew stuck with us, determined to find the right home. I bought a home in Jacksonville while living in South Carolina. Matthew was very competent and extremely efficient in handling my purchase of a home long distance. He kept me informed and communicated with my realtor in S.C. concerning the sale of my home there, etc. I highly recommend him to anyone needing the services of a real estate agent.
