I was an out of town seller and Matthew helped me in a very difficult time. We worked with each other for over 2 years to accomplish what I needed. I cannot say enough how much Matthew was able to do for me - there is nothing he can't get done! Patient, friendly, able, intelligent, knows his stuff and will go the extra mile. My wife and I have purchased several homes in the past. I purchased my last house 21 years ago and when we decided to buy this time I was definitely not looking forward to the rigamarole I went through in the past to get to closing. This time it was completely different from the last three times. Matt was very easy to work with. Addressed all questions and issues almost immediately. No pressure. Was always on time. Very knowledgeable about his business and very personable. I read all documents and contracts thoroughly, any questions I had or corrections I felt needed to be made were addressed and if needed, corrected immediately. There were no holdups at all in the purchase. I am retired Army and my last home purchases as well as this one were done on my V.A. eligibility. Matt is a Veteran himself and very knowledgeable about the V.A. requirements on the properties and paperwork prior to closing. Anything that needed to be done on the property to meet V.A. requirements was done in a timely manner that kept everything on track.
