We were not looking forward to the process of buying a home out of state (located in NY and buying a home in Indiana for our Mother). I can't express how grateful we are to have had Matt help us through this process. He exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We knew we were in good hands as he helped our Mother find a home in a safe neighborhood and within budget. He made sure we had everything we needed to make this an easy transaction; since we don't live local, Matt met with inspectors, talked to contractors to get a list of repairs that would be needed (and costs), sent videos of the walk-through, etc...he invested a lot of time into this for us. He was extremely organized and he proactively communicated updates on a weekly basis. If we had any questions, he answered immediately - no matter the day or time. It truly felt like we were working with a family member as he had our best interest in mind every step of the way. Matt comes with a full package: he is young,very energetic,knowledgeable,does his homework on the house he is putting on the market and fully prepared with all the information needed. Keeps you informed with weekly updates and available for you pretty much all the time. Communicates good with sellers and buyers keeps both parties informed. Very good and professional agent , easy going and pleasant young man and very hard working to get things done. He had sold our house in a very tough market when the interest rates were sky high and he put all the efforts to make it happen which we really appreciate.
