Matt was the listing agent on our rental home...
Matt was the listing agent on our rental home in Ct that we recently sold. We live in Florida and it was a pleasure to deal with Matt and all his updates and calls. His advise and help during the inspections and negotiating with the buyer's agent were very helpful in getting this property closed. I would highly recommend Matt for either buyer's or sellers. He always kept us promptly aware of showings, feedback, offers and repair issues.
