There were moments during the process when I felt completely powerless to keep things on track, and he somehow always knew how to step in, lower the temperature, and move us forward. He also took a genuine personal interest in what we were going through. He wasn't simply trying to close a transaction—he cared about getting us through the process and was a calm, steady, guiding voice during a turbulent time. Selling a home is stressful under the best of circumstances. Our situation was anything but ordinary, and I honestly don't know how smoothly we would have gotten through it without him.
