I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Matthew. From beginning to end, he was absolutely exceptional and exceeded every expectation I had for a real estate agent. The house I was buying was a complicated transaction with a number of issues that came up along the way, and this is where Matthew really showed his value. Instead of simply identifying problems and leaving me to figure them out, he immediately went into action. He tapped into his network of trusted plumbers, termite professionals, inspectors, contractors, and other specialists to get me answers quickly and help me understand what needed to be addressed. He coordinated with everyone, followed up, and made an overwhelming process feel manageable. Matthew was equally incredible on the financial side. He worked closely with my mortgage broker to explore creative financing options and help structure the deal in a way that worked for me. He collaborated with everyone involved and stayed engaged in every aspect of the transaction. What impressed me most was that Matthew never treated anything as “not his job.” He took ownership, made calls, found solutions, and kept things moving. There were many times throughout the process when I thought, “I honestly don’t know how I would be navigating this without him.” He was knowledgeable, responsive, proactive, patient, and an incredible advocate for me from start to finish. I always felt that my best interests came first. I ended up with a home I absolutely love, and I genuinely believe the experience would have been dramatically more difficult without Matthew. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family without hesitation. Five stars truly doesn’t feel like enough.
