Matt is a professional realtor and so helpful with explaining the process and what expectations will happen. Every step of the way he kept the sale rolling. Estate sale, cleaning up ,open house, flooring and painting scheduled, inspections and getting that work completed and the list goes on and on. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. Helpful at explaining. Passionate with getting the job done in a timely manner. Communication is another highlight. I was out of the area and Matt kept me in the loop.
