This is our first house, so we came into this process not knowing anything about how it works. All we had was a list of properties that we wanted to look at. Matt just took the reins and walked us through the whole thing. During the process, I had changed our requirements but he helped us stay focused on our budget and needs, which I found very honest and loyal. He took us to the houses that we wanted to see, he found houses for us that we didn’t know about. He told us very explicitly what was wrong with some of the houses that we were sort of interested in. He was fun, helpful, and supportive. Thank you so much Matt for helping us find our first house and making the entire process go smoothly!!
