They were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, not only taking us to see the houses on our list, but consistently sending us new options the moment they hit the market. Living in Monmouth county themselves, they were able to provide invaluable insight into towns, commuting distance, restaurants, and most importantly, what properties were worth. They would scout out homes for us and let us know if it was worth our drive to see and helped us greatly with negotiations. As first time home buyers, they helped us with every aspect of the sale, from what to bid, to who to use for things like home inspection, security system, etc. Matt & Brianne were night and day when compared to other realtors we had worked with. Matt was awesome. Helped guide us through our first-time buying process. Couldn't be happier with our home or how the process went. Matt was on the ball, communicative and focused throughout the process. The most impressive part was actually after the initial sale - he helped guide us through inspection, closing, etc. and was here for us throughout.

Matt becomes a friend during the process. He is super affable and, most importantly, he is not pushy at all. He knows how to read a room. Also, his local knowledge pays dividends. He has a lot of contacts with contractors, handymen, attorneys, electricians, etc., and since I lived about an hour away when I bought this place (it was shore condo) he was really good about meeting with the home inspectors and helping me out with some vendors when I couldn't make it to my place because of work commitments. He is truly a great guy.
