Matt was great. He communicated well. He was very informative. He responded in a timely manner. He answered our questions. He was very helpful as a first time home buyer as well as buying in a different state. When our driveway didn’t get fixed when it was supposed to, he made sure it got done for us before we moved in. He even brought us breakfast and gave us house warming gifts when we closed. We would highly recommend him.
We started our adventure looking for a forever home in the Wilburton area in February, that’s where we met Matt through Zillow! We walked through several homes in the area that day and while doing so I feel like Matt listened to us about our likes and dislikes in each home. After that He started searching for homes that were suited to us, unfortunately we were out bidded a few times. Matt encouraged us to not give up, so we didn’t. One morning while scrolling through Zillow for new homes posted, I found this cute little cabin with a lake view and called Matt early! Since we were so far away he offered to drive there and check it out for us, which he had done before. Now I don’t know if he was more excited or we were when he called us about the cabin. Because Matt knew this was going to be our forever home even before he called us. We actually FaceTime’d a tour of the cabin! We put a bid on it that night and the previous owner accepted our bid. We were so grateful to Matt for driving up to the Checotah area that day. Matt guided us through the process of buying our cabin and even helped us find a realtor to help sell our home in Texas. Matt has gone above and beyond to help us find our perfect cabin in Gods Country. We are extremely grateful, thankful and blessed to have met Matt Sherwood! I wish there was more then a five star rating because that’s what we would give him only because he deserves it.
