So glad we chose Matt to help us find our first home! As first-time home buyers, we had plenty of questions, and sometimes didn't even know what questions we should be asking--Matt was at the ready to answer any questions we asked and even mentioned some considerations that we may not have been thinking about. He set realistic expectations, and provided plenty of reminders to make sure we closed on time.

Matt took the info of our likes and dislikes on houses. He took us out only one day and we found the house of our dreams. Mathew was quick to answer any questions that we had. He explained all of the different types of loans that were out there. It was just a wonderful experience over all.

This was my first home I've ever bought, so going into buying a home knowing nothing was hard. We gave Matt a call and he right away started looking in our area. Matt was very professional and knows his stuff when it comes to looking for a home. He knows what the customer wants and he puts his customers first. What I really liked about Matt was even though he lived an hour away from Des Plaines, he made it out here at anytime to show a home. His Spanish isn't a 100%, but he tries his best to listen and respond back in Spanish, so communication was excellent. We've been looking for months and Matt never gave up on our home hunting. I highly recommend Matt if you are in the market to buy a home. He for sure will not give up until you have found the home you like and are pleased with.
