My wife and I were searching FOREVER for a home with a previous agent that we considered a friend. That agent turned out to be horrible and we did not even know it. Well, 3 months later, we fired that friend and hired Matt. He hit the ground running, listened to what we wanted and what we needed, got us in touch with a great loan officer and closed on our very first home. Matt and his team came prepared. Professional meeting at my home (well - the home is now sold). We walked the property, he told me what buyers would see and what I could fix on a budget in order to keep my profits as high as possible. We were under contract within 6 hours. Closing took a minute due to the buyers lender being a complete waste of time, but it is sold and I am very very happy! Highly recommended!!!

Matt is one of a kind! He had such a wonderful outlook on this real estate industry and the market we were in currently. We interviewed 7 Realtors and he is the ONLY one who came to us prepared and smiling. He gave us a run down on our real estate education and placed our home on the market and it went FAST! He found the buyer for us from his social media posts and we have never been more excited to sell a home!!!

Well, I have never met a Realtor who would climb up a huge dirt hill to get the perfect picture only to fall down the hill and get covered in dirt. That is what Matt did for us. We went above and beyond what we expected and got our home under contract in the first 12 hours at above asking price! He's a great Realtor !

Matthew is just lovely. He helped me find a home in Winter Garden, close to everything and got me some equity as well. We saw too many houses to count and when we found this one, he moved quickly on it! After getting the price lowered, he had an appraiser and inspector come out the next afternoon. We found a few minor issues with the home, but nothing huge. Matthew got a few items credited back to me and then we found out I was closing with $46,000 in equity! Now, I have a rental apartment which pays for my mortgage and I am rolling in equity! Very wonderful Realtor and I would highly recommend him! We have been working on another investment property. Cannot wait to see how we do on those!

All we can say is damn they move fast. We were driving around and randomly came across this property. It needed some love and a lot of rehab. It was a foreclosure, so the banks like to play games. Matt got us in the property on day 1 and after a few hundred phone calls, he got a hold of THE person who makes the decisions. He negotiated on our behalf and got us under contract for $20k under the list price. We closed 26 days later, everything worked out perfectly. Matt was extremely open with us about what is going on and when to expect certain items. Matt was so proud of himself when he fought/questioned the appraiser (he came in under the contract price). So Matt sent him an explanation of why the appraiser was wrong. They do not like being told they are wrong, so it was looking like it was going to be a touch battle to win. Thankfully, Matt won and we got to relax and flip our new house.

Matthew and Brooke had an amazing team to help us sell our investment property. They worked around the property manager's rules (which were a pain and they pushed back A LOT) to get the pictures done and schedule showings around the renter's schedule. They truly cared for what we wanted and helped us sell our investment property very quickly. Very happy and highly recommended!
