Matt is an incredibly knowledgeable realtor, and will always objectively present you with the best current info so you can make the best decision possible when it comes to buying a home. He is incredibly consultative, responsive, and loves what he does. You’d be hard pressed to find a realtor this knowledgeable that cares more about you as a client and has your best interests in mind.

I’ve used Matt to both buy and sale a home and have loved working with him every step of the way. He’s organized, smart, prompt, and is always willing to go the extra mile for little things that pop up along the way. I’d give Matt and his team 6 stars and will be using him in the future.

Matt is great! He helped us sell our home at a time the market slightly dipped. He worked hard to connect with sellers and we were able to get it sold in a timely manner. He’s very responsive when asked questions or for updates. Would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Matt is worth every penny! He has helped us purchase 2 properties now and both have been painless for my wife and I. This 2nd purchase had some headaches involved, no fault of Matt, but Matt took care of everything and kept us informed every step of the way. If we had any questions he was always available and took the time to explain everything. I couldn’t recommend him enough, we will definitely continue to use him.

Mathew Salter is one of the most friendly and professional realtors I've ever worked with. He was very responsive and accommodated our work schedule without question. Matt also provided a lot of advice and guidance towards any questions or doubts we had moving forward. If you're looking to buy a home this is the guy you want as your realtor! Thanks again Matt for helping my wife and I find the perfect home!

Matt helped us find the perfect home! We looked at a lot of properties and he was great to work with. He was on top of showings so we could get into properties fast. He has also been extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process and has a great team of people as well!
