Matthew was indeed outstanding to work with, communication with him was excellent. He certainly knows his geographic area. His experience with the proper pricing and amazing due diligence with comparable sales and services. He went above and beyond handling all aspects of the sale of our parents home from A to Z with grace and ease. He walked us through one of the most smoothest and worry free closing we ever experienced and I’ve bought and sold quite a few houses in the past. Looking forward to working with Matthew again!
