Matt told us we should start our search by looking at several houses to get a feel for what we were looking for, even if we weren’t ready to buy yet. This despite the fact that he had to drive 45 minutes each way to show us the houses (as we wanted to buy outside of Madison proper). He was very supportive and positive during our search. We feel that his amicable approach helped when talking to other realtors. We were able to purchase a great house while getting all the concessions we requested.

Matt was patient with us for almost a year in searching. We were fairly particular in what we didn't like, but nebulous in what we wanted exactly. He was patient and kind and eventually we narrowed it down. Through the whole process he was fun and helpful. His responsiveness was on point, texting and email at nearly all hours. The last night of our closing negotiations, he had asked us how late was too late for texts, and we said as late as you hear anything. He did exactly that, texting us until nearly midnight. He had advice when requested and wasn't too pushy. He said what he thought was a good idea, but always reminded us that it can be whatever we want. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone, buying or selling. He's also willing to help you out if you need it, even offering his own time to pack/clean etc. I couldn't have envisioned a more perfect realtor.

Matt patiently showed us property after property and asked questions to get us closer to what we wanted. His real estate market insights and no pressure approach were very much appreciated. Matt doesn't make you feel like a number, he makes you feel like a family member and that he actually cares about finding you what you are looking for.
