My experience with Matthew was very positive throughout the selling of my current home to purchasing my new home. His advice and guidance was super important to me as I had never sold a house before. He made sure I understood all the procedures and ramifications each step along the way. Most importantly he help me sell my home and buy a new one in a tight timeline which allowed me to move from one home to the next. I would highly recommended him.

Matt helped us buy our first home and navigate a crazy covid market. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and was particularly efficient when making appointments to tour houses. There's not enough good things we can say about Matt Reyes. We are first time home buyers/owners (WoOohoo!) and Matt did an amazing job walking us through each step. He took the time to answer each of our questions, sometimes even answering them 2-3 more times since this whole process was new to us. He does a great job at replying and answering calls, so you never feel out of the loop with the whole buying process. No exaggeration at all, but he showed us 70+ homes and not once did he ever make us feel like we were wasting his time, but only provided additional support and expertise. We knew he had our best interest in mind and we whole heartedly recommend him without any reservation and we hope to work with him again in the future. Matt is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made our home buying experience very positive and enjoyable. He kept in touch with me for over a year until I was finally ready to buy.
