We sold our home very quickly. Matt and his team were so good at staying on top of everything. We received a very good price for our house. Everyone one the team was knowledgeable, professional and very, very nice. We loved them. They have all kinds of resources if you need items fixed or updated. The people they work with are excellent and good at their jobs and most importantly, reasonably priced. We so enjoyed working with Matt. Special thanks to Darren who sold us our new home (on Matt's team) and the reason we listed with Matt. Also thanks to Cindy who was absolutely a joy to work with. We will definitely use them again if the need arises!
