Matt was very knowledgeable about our market. He seeked out information if it was unknown. He kept in communication, offered suggestions, and put in the work I would expect from a realtor. He went above and beyond on everything including to help on cleaning out. Did a great job with 3 open houses and provided professional advice in selling. He provided visions to prospective buyers as to what it would be like for them to live there. You won’t go wrong having Matt help you out buying or selling.

Matt's knowledge of Rhode Island helped us price our property at the point. What makes me say that, our property was priced about 100k of similar properties recently sold and others that were on the market. We were in contract for full asking price in 19 days, and closed the deal a day earlier than initial contract. though ours is on the river and being on the water usually commands more money. Matt hired a professional real estate photographer to take pictures of my riverfront duplex, to showcase the water and accessibility. His choice of photographer was excellent because the man knows how to take photos and not give people the impression that 10' x 12' bedroom is 20' x 20' which for a potential buyer is an immediate turn off. Reasons to hire Matt, honesty integrity. He listens, he responds to text, calls, emails in a timely fashion. He will think of things that you as a seller probably won't think of. He is resourceful, I wanted my property listed in other metro areas, he didn't complain or tell me it wasn't worth it , he made it happen. If you're willing to take his advice he can probably give you some inexpensive options to help you maximize your sale. If you're a buyer, Matt has a keen eye and can help tell the difference from a cosmetic problem to some more costly repairs. Just a side note I've bought and sold homes without a realtor on my own previously, though with interest rates and limited supply, I think most consumers will do better using a qualified realtor to set them a realistic selling price. Many people feel their home is worth as much as their neighbors, they haven't done any upgrades in 10 years or more. I'll use Matt again when I retire south next year. He's worth the money and in my car I feel I got more than I paid for with his services.
