We live in Washington State and we were selling our home so we could move to Lake Havasu City. The market wasn't great and fall had set in. Matt was always there for us when we wanted to Facetime a new home, when we came to town to look at homes and if we had any questions. He has gone the extra mile for the 7 months or more of our home selling here as we were looking at purchase options in Lake Havasu. Beyond that, the home we bought was a Airbnb and part of the agreement was that we would take the entire contents of the home. We already have our own furniture and fixtures. Matt put the furniture on marketplace for us after the closing and has met people at the home so they can come and get the furniture as we are giving it away. I couldn't recommend a more authentic, genuine realtor to come along side of you during what can be a really bumpy ride! Matt always answers your calls or returns your calls if he is busy.
