Matt was the best! Highly recommend

It has been over 20 years since we bought or sold a home and Matt guided us through the whole process and was extremely patient with all of our many questions. Even when he had to tell us something we didn’t really want to hear, he was very respectful of our love of our home. I’ll admit that we went a few days without any showing and we were getting concerned but Matt was still working and contacting people that were interested in our home and found our perfect buyer. I would highly recommend Matt. Matt even printed up flyers and went around the neighborhood putting on peoples’ doors. He did not miss an opportunity to market our home.
