His advice and experience helped us get our home sold within a couple of days of it going on the market. We also appreciated the knowledge and insight he brought to the table when we were looking for our next home. During an emotional time, he was the voice of reason ... he helped us remain patient and not lose sight of our goals when we felt like we weren't going to find the right home and he was key in negotiating the price of the new house when we were being too "Iowa nice" ...
