Right from the beginning I got positive vibes from Matthew although I didn’t know him very well at the start he quickly became a friend and earned my trust. Matthew was always available to take my call and he answered all of my questions and he even took time out of his day to explain every single document to me and he made sure I understood them so I wouldn’t feel like I was signing without confidence. He truly looked out for me every step of the way of the home buying and selling process and he made sure my best interest were always at hand. Matt is a good person and he does good business. I trusted him to help me make one of the biggest decision of my life and He and his team took very good care of me. One of the best things about Matthew is that he was able to call upon experts in various fields of home inspection and home assessment to make sure I was making a purchase that was solid. I’m very happy with my home and I will probably be here for a few years but I look forward to working with Matthew and his team again when the time comes.
