We’ve dealt with many agents over the years and Matt is by far the best. He has excellent knowledge of the market and his ability to market outside of the state proved invaluable. He took care of some repairs when we were out of town which made our sale stress free. Great communicator and the ultimate professional. We highly recommend.
Matt is very knowledgably about Florida real estate especially at Champions gate. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable in the process of buying our new home. His response time and professionalism were second to none; this was reason we chose him as our relator. He also helped us after the sale with the moving in process, when we needed him, he was always there.
We had an awesome experience with Matt! He was readily available and quick to answer any questions we had through the process!
Matt wasn't even my agent, yet he treated me like I was his client from day one. He was always available to answer my questions, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience much easier. I highly recommend Matt.
Matt is extremely thorough and as a keen understanding of Champions Gate I highly recommend him in the future
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy Prill and Matt Link of Champions Gate Realty. They did an outstanding job helping us sell our home and helping us find a new home in ChampionsGate. Amy and Matt were always available to answer our questions and truly cared about helping us achieve the best outcome. Their knowledge of the market, attention to detail and commitment gave us complete confidence in them. Thanks to all of their hard work our home sold and we found the perfect new home in Champions Gate. We strongly recommend Amy and Matt to anyone waiting to buy or sell their homes. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. We could not have found better real estate agents. We also have found a great friendship in knowing them both, Thank you Amy and Matt..
How I describe my experience is communication and passion to be the best real estate agent for its clients
Matt found us 2 houses on separate occasions, and sold 2 houses. It’s always nice to be able to ask questions and get good responses. I would refer Matt no questions asked!
Matt took the time to educate us on the current market and gave us excellent, honest advice on how to price our home to ensure it sold quickly. We felt confident and well supported every step of the way.
Matt was a pleasure to work with start to finish, the knowledge and experience was tremendous. We were newbies to this process and anything that we needed Matt was there to handle for us, we listed in what we thought was a tough market and he wasn’t fazed in the least. We sold in under 3 months and are beyond pleased with the sale, many many thanks!
Matt represented us as a dual agent, which initially gave me some pause. However, he did an outstanding job guiding us through the process and consistently representing our interests. Always quick to respond to calls and texts, Matt truly took customer service to the next level. I highly recommend Matt and his team!
Professionalism, knowledge, follow up, 7x24 availability, combined with a passion for excellence and sales is all 10++. Why anyone would list their home with another realty company is beyond me - Champions Gate Realty simply delivers results ongoing. Thank you Matt for all you did for us…
