I was referred to Matt as the Realtor that understands the Asheville, NC market & finding properties in the mountains. I was an out of state buyer so being able to meet virtually was a must. I was very specific of my property criteria. After a couple trips and 2 offers in this competitive market, Matt got me under contract for a pre-sale new construction home. Matt assisted with communication and deadlines with the builders agent so that my timeline was met. The Time it took to build & close was 90-100 days.
