Matthew was very helpful to us because we lived in Nevada and he sent us a list of the homes based on our guidelines. We would choose which houses we wanted to view and he would set them up for us to come up and view as many as we could in a weekend. He was very knowledgeable of the Boise and surrounding areas. He was very nice and would go out of his way to help us with anything we needed. After we closed on our home, I reached out to him to ask questions about certain services that we needed and what his suggestions were. All around a great guy and company to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.
