Matt Kendzior was hands down the BEST realtor we have ever dealt with. We were out-of-town buyers, looking to buy a home in Tampa. We didn’t quite know what type of home we were looking to purchase and also didn't understand the different neighborhoods of Tampa. Matt was extremely patient, gave us solid advice on neighborhoods, always listened to what we wanted, and showed us several homes (virtually and in-person) There was never any pressure working with Matt, he just offered patience, guidance on the more important items to consider, and space for us to make our own decision. On top of that, he was always super responsive, very upfront and trustworthy, a complete professional, and a great guiding hand when we went through the purchase process.
