My key concern was that we sold the property as quickly as possible and still receive fair market value, but if one or the other had to be sacrificed, the return on the house was the least important. He was able to get what we wanted for the house and it sold the first day on the market!

Matthew was extremely helpful without being pushy. He listed and sold our home in under a week for more than asking price, and was patient as we looked at many homes to buy. He worked with us through the entire process, and ultimately helped us secure a new home within our budget and under list price. Matt helped us out during a very difficult divorce and I know it wasn't always easy for him to be the "middle man". Matt treated us both respectfully and made me feel that my opinions mattered. I didn't give a perfect score on negotiation skills only because I got out voted on the asking price of the home which wasn't all Matt's choice.
