I've known Matthew for a very long time and when I decided to buy my first home, he was someone I trusted to do the best job. From start to finish, Matthew went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and understood the process. He was always available to answer questions and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the home buying process was - which I have no doubt was due to Matthews knowledge and attention to detail. As with most things, problems usually occur, but when it happened during my escrow process (because of a dishonest agent on the seller's team), Matthew did everything to resolve the problem and make sure that I was happy. It is apparent in every aspect that Matthew has a passion for real estate and cares about his clients. I would recommend Matthew to anyone who is looking for a top notch agent who will make sure they get what they want out of the home buying or selling process.
