I didn't think I needed an agent for buying a new construction home in a community, but I was wrong. Matthew helped out time and time again, and worked harder than any agent I have ever dealt with before. There were so many issues with the build process and financing, and he helped us every step of the way. We would have lost our new dream home if Matthew hadn't made sure we did everything we were supposed to do. On top of that, he handled the tough negotiations that not only helped us finally get our house, but got us an even better deal. I can't recommend Matthew Henry enough!
