Matthew was an absolute life saver! I didn't think I needed an agent to buy a new construction home, but I was very mistaken. Problem after problem came up and Matthew was there every step of the way. Between making sure I did everything I needed to do, negotiating finer points, helpful advice, and being the go-between when things got tough, he truly saved the day time and time again.
