We have bought and sold several homes, and Matthew and Lucy were the best real estate team we have ever worked with. They have a highly effective process to get the house listed and then promote the listing to potential buyers. We strongly recommend the Henry Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Hello Matthew, Regina and I would like to thank you and the entire "Henry Team" for your sincere knowledge of the local Rivers Bend Neighborhood market where you listed and sold our home. Your expertise guided us through every step of the home-selling process. You provided lots of good advice and answered our endless questions with patience and clarity. We always felt well-informed and confident with your guidance through the entire process. Your competence of real estate marketing is truly impressive. We really liked the booklet that you produced to help market our home. It was 1st class. We also appreciate the price that you helped us get from the sell of our homes. Thank again for sharing your expertise with us.

Matthew’s profound understanding of market trends and the real estate industry helped us to make smart, informed decisions. Working with Henry and Lucy was an absolute pleasure, with their team going above and beyond to make sure that we sold our home quickly, and for the best price in the current market, with as little stress as possible. Henry and Lucy were always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and to lend a helping hand whenever necessary. We are grateful for their caring support though this process. We highly recommend Matthew Henry as a phenomenal real estate agent to anyone looking to sale or buy a home.
Our experience with Mathew and his team was fantastic. Mathew took his time to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. Once the perfect home was found he continued working diligently overseeing the negotiation and the repair process. We tecomend him without hesitation.
The sale of our home was a great experience from start to finish. Matthew clearly explained the whole process. The suggestions and recommendations that he provided were spot on. We would happily trust Matthew to handle any home purchase or sale. The whole process was fast and efficient and stress free. The Henrys stayed in touch and handled everything perfectly. I would definitely recommend using Matthew Henry for anyone that is selling or buying a home.
All of contacts with Matthew Henry and surport staff were promptly explained and followed up if needed. The property was under a sold contract above listed price within two days.
Matthew was very knowledgeable of the market and specifically each property we viewed. He was always available to answer random questions. He made sure he suggested the type of house we said we wanted, even though we changed our minds on occasion. Great experience with The Henry Team.
We recently used Henry team to sell our home in Virginia. The team is excellent and very efficient in marketing our home and selling it for asking price without any hassles within a week time. The same house was on the market for 2 months without any credible offers with another real estate company. Henry Matthew and Lucey are very professional, knowledgeable ,accommodative and very easily approachable at any time. We recommend Henry team without any reservations.

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Understanding my concern and my need and offering all the help.
We would highly recommend Matthew Henry. He has earned every penny of selling a home to us. We bought our home out of state and he provided us with video to see the homes. We will retain him if we ever sell or buy again.
