Working with the Henry Team was definitely a 5 star experience! I am so very impressed with the level of knowledge, vastness of resources, and advice/guidance that was always on point. Their attention to detail really helped make what could be a very stressful experience happen very smoothly and easily. Matthew’s eye catches little items that sellers have become “house blind” to but that buyers might see and might not like. He automatically took care of things rather than pointing them out or adding them to my “to-do” list. I felt very confident in his advice about contractors as well as in his negotiation skills. I really cannot recommend him highly enough. I recommend a conversation with him even if you are on the fence about selling. He has a wealth of information and can really educate you and help you make a solid decision without pressure.
