At first I was just looking and seeing what was out there. Then I told Matt I wanted some space from my neighbors. He sent me a listing and my wife and I wanted to see it. We both loved it, we started talking about offers soon after. I wanted to do a contingency of selling our property first. Matt explained the pro and cons. I made the decision to purchase a condo in Bradenton, Florida. I liked the idea of being close to Ana Maria Island. I had very little knowledge of the area and unsure of what I really wanted to buy. Matt was very patient and professional in my pursuit. With Matt’s guidance, I did learn after looking at several properties and locations what I really wanted. It turned out that I had priorities of two bedrooms, two baths, covered parking, a view and walking distance to the swimming pool. I am very happy with my purchase, I got everything that I wanted.
