Matt Gonzalez is a phenomenal real agent, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Last fall, I found myself dealing with a rental property in Hampton Roads that had been ruined by tenants and had to be sold, and I was unable to travel there due to pandemic restrictions. I hired Matt by phone, and he offered to help manage the renovation work until we could list which was more than I expected from any agent. For four months, Matt communicated with me weekly, if not daily, managed more than a dozen contractors and oversaw every construction and administrative detail that took the property from an unlivable state to like-new condition. Once we listed and received offers, he sorted them, presented them in detail and gave excellent advice on how to proceed. Through several hiccups on our contracts, Matt was unflappable and kept us moving toward the ultimate goal. In the end, he closed a deal that was well over the original asking price and coached the process to completion. This guy know his business forward and back and communicates continuously. His work ethic is unmatched. A buyer or seller could not hire a better advocate to represent them than Matt Gonzalez. I look forward to my next project with Matt, and you should too.
