Minutes later I received a call from Mr. Matthew's office, we met, and he brought a 52 page brochure with deep and complete information about the house, the sales and financing activity of the area; he gave me tips on how to show it better, and what was the best strategy to sale. The great impression he left, his professionalism, and support even though it was not his listing, was what sealed the deal to start using his services. Therefore, he was the realtor for my third flip, and "it sold in the first open house". I must add, he was by my side through the whole process, solving some issues I had with the house, explaining all the details of the legal process in every step, he was available every time I needed his help or advise. The result speaks by itself.
