Matt made the sale of our families lake home easy during a difficult time.

Matthew Fauch is located in Somerset, Ky. and our property was in Jamestown, Kentucky, about 40 miles away. We live in Ohio. He made the trip a couple of days for showings, but that first day it was on the market and shown, we had multiple offers. We communicated over emails and phone calls and he made sure we were getting all of the information we needed to get the best deal for our home. He was very quick to answer any questions we had. We were able to take care of all of the business dealings, signing paperwork in our hometown. No traveling was required. Which made it much more convenient for us! Matt was very professional and if we had to do it again we would trust him to handle our sale for us.
