I asked Matt to give me advice on how to improve the curb appeal and stage a vacant house. Within 12 HOURS he had it under contract. FULL PRICE/AS IS. Matt cares about his clients. When he took the appraiser in, Matt noted the AC was still set in the 60’s (in a vacant property) and he set it back up to 80 so that it didn’t run up a utility bill While we waited for the closing. He also made sure the timing was coordinated so the buyer (a first time buyer) was able to transfer the utilities vs reconnect them. At the closing we remarked how great of a realtor Matt is. Literally, after we listed the property all we had to do was sign the necessary paperwork and show up for the closing with the keys.
