Selling your home is a very difficult endeavor. It's confusing, stressful, and emotional. You definately need the right person to help you navigate thru everything, and Matthew was absolutely wonderful thru the entire process.  He guided us perfectly on timing, staging and pricing.  He was always responsive to any of our questions and concerns, and was there to make sure we stayed on course thru the open house to the close of escrow.  We don't feel we could have possibly chosen anyone better to help us in our recent sale of our home.
