Matt was great throughout the whole process
Initially putting in a ton of work to get me in the many properties that I wanted to look at in a short amount of time. I was able to put in offers the next week, and we closed within the next month. He was attentive and responsive with the other agent and the bank quickly getting us through any hurdles or roadblocks, ad well as having backup plans ready just in case. I don't think I could have asked for anything more from an agent. This was my second purchase and it went much smoother than the first. I'd recommend Matt to anyone (and I will!).
