During this hard economy of extreme competition, Matt REALLY knew how to strategically tackle house offers and when to bid higher and suggesting when to wait. I had to be very frugal with my first home purchase and Matt truly cranked hard to show me different options that fit within my narrow bucket. I was specifically looking for a $470k home, 3 bedrooms, no HOA, nice neighborhood, Oceanside, and near the freeway. Matt got me a house offer at $460k, no HOA, 5 bedrooms, with paid off solar panels, 2 minutes from the freeway, in a culdesac, quiet neighborhood, in Oceanside 10 minutes from the beach! Holy cow. Matt has been in the industry for so many years, he knows when walking through a home if there are any concerns on the house maintenance. He has construction and handyman knowledge to provide information that's beneficial and great suggestions. I bought my home 9 months ago and I just refinanced and my house appraised to $570k. Double HOLY COW! During the whole process, Matt was patient even with me being very picky haha and he 100% exemplified core values of honesty, integrity, perseverance and on top of all that I had a great experience every time meeting up, he cracks some funny jokes.
