Matt has been great to work with as a buyers agent on two transactions for us. He wrote up several offers for us that were beat out by cash until we finally settled on a summit county unit. When we found an off grid cabin, he was able to find financing for us. He put in extra effort understanding subdivisions and all of the other surprises that come with such a property.
