Matt Christner, showed us a property that checked off several boxes. My wife and I put an offer on that property. The seller stood strong and we were just too far apart on price.. we withdrew from contract.. In the meantime Matt kept looking for the perfect property for us. My last house sale turned out to be one of those things you hope never finds you and you won't ever forget. Matt managed every bit of it until the deal closed almost 2 years later. He was always upbeat, always had an answer or suggestion and even prayed. He was not thrown by anything that came up and was always friendly when having to deal with it. Matt could talk to anybody and will always be considered a good friend. His support system from his office was also great. I still have him on speed dial and would recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sell.
