The agent(s) just don't seem to be interested in making the sale for potential buyers on the market. Realtors need to be more attentive to the interests of interested buyers and help to negotiate contracts to assist with those goals and not what they think are the things Sellers want. Just ask us and we'll tell you what we're looking for, and then please listen when we express this. I had heard bad rumors in advance of how Bosshardt only works in the interest of sellers, not buyers, but I never realized that most of the rumors would prove to be true. I will probably not ever be doing business with Bosshardt again as a result.

He went above and beyond to answer any questions or address any concerns that I had. He also appeared in my place during the home inspection when I was unable to attend.
