Sold a house from long distance and there were many things that were done by Matt that were necessary. He was prompt, professional and very good about staying on top of a lot of details and being in touch. There was a degree of professionalism and warmth that was remarkable.
As a family on the Dave Ramsey plan, we searched for a Ramsey Trusted agent and discovered the Caren Team. Top notch service from the get-go and we spoke to an actual person. I made contact with a couple other agents but was spammed with auto-emails on market reports. One agent kept sending me home listings in the wrong city and never changed it after I asked numerous times. With Matt, we spoke on the phone and via email and he discussed my desires and provided sound advice on making a clean offer on our house, and it was accepted within 48 hours. 38 days later we closed without issue, super smooth. To complicate things - we did this all from overseas and some help via family stateside with SPOA. He made the complicated look easy, I highly recommend!
The Caren Team is a husband and wife team who really know how to work together to benefit their clients. I am more than satisfied with their services. They helped me through the entire process, from the preparing of my home for sale, to pictures (which were amazing!) to showings to offer considerations through closing. My home sold quickly, considering the $1.5M+ price and to a cash buyer who waived inspection and appraisal. I couldn't have asked for more! Using Matt and Shalin as my realtors was the best decision I've made in a long while. I recommend you do the same. You will not be sorry.
Matt and Shalin were AMAZING, for many reasons. Matt is very knowledgeable and great at explaining how things work and he is always up to answer any questions we ever had. I never felt stupid asking questions. Shalin is so easy to talk to and get along with. She made going and looking at a bunch of houses in one day bearable and actually really fun! They make you feel like they are here for you and willing to help you out with anything. This market right now was really stressful for my husband and I. We moved down here from Utah and so we were not familiar with areas which made figuring things out and making decisions hard. However, Matt and Shalin were always patient and made us feel like they wanted us to be happy no matter what. They always had a plan of attack. They had great suggestions and recommendations. They were on top of everything, and very thorough. They know alot of people that do alot of different things as far as remodeling, repairs, contractors etc. They always answered our calls and texts. They listened to our concerns and frustrations. They seriously know what they're doing and know how to go about whatever situation presents itself. Attempting to buy a house in this market would have been INCREDIBLY difficult and even more stressful and just plain awful if we didn't have Matt and Shalin. They really made a crappy situation feel so much better and as long as we live in AZ they are our forever realtors.. forever!
