As someone looking for their first home ever, I had no idea what I was doing. Matt came highly recommended and I do not regret for a second having him advocate for me. He answered all the questions I had, let me know about things I didn't even know to look for or ask, and did so with the utmost professionalism and integrity. He asked what I wanted and was looking for instead of trying to just push properties at me, and when we found a place I liked, he was available every step of the way to make sure I understood what was going on and could lean on him for anything that came up or was stressful. It made buying my condo super easy and generally stress free. Anyone who decides to go with Matt is making the best decision they could make.
