Matt and his team (Taylor and Patrick) were wonderful to work with! We can't recommend them too highly. Our situation was unusual since we were buying remotely from the UK. Matt and Taylor were helpful throughout the entire process. Matt first gave us a virtual tour of the house; after our offer was accepted, I flew out to see the house in person. Even though our offer was already accepted, Matt took the time to show me other properties so that I felt more confident in our decision. As it was our first-time buying in Louisiana, he was helpful with common issues that arise in the region that we hadn't encountered elsewhere. He also had a wide range of contacts whenever we needed someone, from a surveyor to a plumber. He and his team have gone above and beyond even after closing. Since we weren't able to move in until 6 weeks after closing, his team kept an eye on the property for us and helped out with any tasks that required someone to access the house. Throughout it all, Matt and Taylor were informative, kind, and responsive. I would definitely work with Matt and his team again! We love our new house and have them to thank for it.
