Goodness, where do I start? Matt was our agent in 2024 when we came to Mobile and he was remarkable to work with. He got to know us, understood our needs (and wants), and went above and beyond to find us this perfect home. We'd planned to be in Mobile for many years but providence intervened and we were called back to Atlanta. Matt was one of the first calls I made! We've bought and sold six houses so we know both sides and understand how different being on the opposite side of the table is. We were ready but we weren't excited about the coming days. As we planned the listing, we began to get excited about this one. Confidence in Matt and our faith in we were following a divine plan gave us hope that this would be an easier process than usual. If that was the end of the story and that this was smoother than usual, it would be a great story, right? Well, that's not where the story ends. Our home listed on a Wednesday...we were under contract on FRIDAY. No joke y'all...two days! We knew immediately that Matt's guidance on pricing the house was spot on as the buyer didn't haggle (much). Matt handled the heavy lifting and got to the closing table exactly when we needed to close (we're buying a house in the ATL a week later).
