Helped us find the house we were looking for during the COVID19 outbreak. Didn’t let that stand in his way. We saw every house we wanted to. Availability of natural gas was very important to me and he handled that on his own. Contacting the gas company each time we showed interest in a house that didn’t already have it installed. Helped us with negotiating and things couldn’t have gone more smooth, honestly. Highly recommend.

Matthew was the perfect fit for us for buying our first home. We would send him the houses we wanted to look at, and the next day (sometimes even same day!), we'd have all of them lined up to look at! He is very prompt in answering calls or text messages. We had a VERY unusually short closing process. We bought our house in less than a month. He was quick throughout the entire process and so easy to work with. He was there for all inspection meetings and relayed all communications from the seller immediately. We couldn't have done it without him. This was an incredibly smooth and stress-free process. Matthew was fantastic to work with. He worked hard to get us into every house that interested us and was always incredibly helpful with any questions we had.
