I am definitely glad we used Matt to help us sell our first house and to buy our second house! After signing the agreement Matt immediately started a group text so that we were all in communication and was available to talk anytime! The process of selling is so stressful and we felt like Matt was always there to listen to us and to help us. Matt had the best photographer take pictures and made the listing stand out from the others. He held several open houses and made sure to provide us with timely feedback. He always followed up with agents that came through the house and we were able to sell it quickly. Above all else, Matt is fair and honest. I highly recommend using Matt!
